MicroGraphix are able to produce public as well as in-house stockist locator and management systems.
Our public facing system can produce results based on a single criteria e.g. town or postcode or multiple criteria e.g. type of product required and town or postcode required. Results can be returned based on county requested or based on a predetermined radius of the users postcode.
The results list can include: A description of the stockist, a photograph of the stockists premises, links to online street mapping services, and or the stockist’s website.
For company’s who prefer to respond to stockist requests personally we have developed a system that links the website request form with an in-house stockist database.
When the administrator logs into the system via a web browser the system presents the administrator with the stockist requests, the system will then present the administrator with a predetermined number of the closest stockists (based on postcode) from which the administrator can choose.
The administrator can then simply choose which ones are the most appropriate and simply press send, the chosen stockists details are then sent to the individual who made the request via email.
